Courtney Armstrong has been elevated to senior VP of business affairs for Warner Bros.
Armstrong will continue to negotiate filmmaker, talent and source material deals for studio projects. He put together agreements for such upcoming projects as “Fred Claus” and “Batman Begins” sequel “The Dark Knight,” as well as for past projects including “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “The Departed” and “Ocean’s Thirteen.”
Armstrong joined the studio in 2003 as a director of biz affairs and was promoted to VP a year later. Previously, he toiled as an attorney for the Mouse House.
