Film brings in $1.77 million on opening day

HONG KONG – The most anticipated local movie of the early holiday season, “The Warlords” duly rampaged across Asia in its six territory day-and-date preem.

That added to the RMB9 million ($1.22 million) of sneak previews on Wednesday and gave an end of Thursday total of RMB22 million ($2.99 million).
