OK Go awarded most creative video

Treadmills, ahoy!

YouTube honored the best and the brightest of the year with its inaugural awards for user-created content. Top honors for most creative went to OK Go for the gym-inspired video “Here It Goes Again.” Since the video was added last July, the indie group has received over 13 million hits.

Best comedy went to Smosh for “Stranded,” a Robinson Crusoe-esque short laffer with a message. The online funnyman received over one million hits on his video since its creation.

Other winners include “Hotness Prevails” by thewinekone for commentary, “Say It’s Possible” by TerraNoami for music vid, and the uber-popular “Ask a Ninja” shorts by digitalfilmmaker for best series.
