Aussie web hit granted second season

SYDNEY — Seven Network has commissioned a second series of its hit police skein “City Homicide.”

Web has seen the series settle into a regular aud of 1.5 million in its Monday 8:30 p.m. slot, a solid figure given the trouble local productions have had drawing viewers.

“City Homicide” is exec produced by Seven’s drama topper John Holmes and series two will begin early next year.
