Studio offers programming to Internet service

Warner Bros. Television Group has signed on with Internet TV service Joost to provide exclusive programming.

Deal marks first time that WBTVG will launch WB-branded programming services online.

Programming includes WBTV: Sci Fi Fix and WBTV: Before They Were Mega Stars.

Both WBTV channels launch this month.

WBTV: Sci Fi Fix will feature shows including “Adventures of Briscoe County,” “Aquaman,” “Babylon 5,” “Crusade,” “Human Target,” “Invasion,” “Max Headroom,” “My Favorite Martian,” “Prey,” “Time Trax” and “V.”

WBTV: Before They Were Mega Stars includes TV programs that launched the careers of thesps John Travolta (“Welcome Back, Kotter”), Marlon and Shawn Wayans (“The Wayans Bros.”) and Jamie Foxx, Martin Lawrence and Ben Stiller.
