Company launches broadband video system

Nickelodeon Latin America has taken its multiplatform experience a step further with the launch of NickTurbo, the broadband video system within its website.

Company was among the first to offer its shows on mobile phones in the region.

NickTurbo will include 10 hours of new programming each week, allowing kids to watch shorts and even complete episodes, running from 30 seconds to 22 minutes. NickTurbo users also will have access to exclusive world premieres of some episodes of Nick skeins.

More NickTurbo content will debut shortly and will include exclusive interviews, short-form animated programming and new skeins such as “Mr. Meaty.” All the content will be available in widescreen format.
