According to the WGA, Edwards will appear outside NBC's Burbank headquarters around 1:45 p.m.
As a result, the WGA has told striking scribes that they'll only be picketing the other studios tomorrow between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. Strikers can then head over to NBC Burbank, while the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. shifts have been told they should report to the Peacock (rather than their usual studio) in order to take part in a larger rally, and see Edwards in person.
Ted Johnson has more over at Wilshire and Washington. (By the way, don't confuse the presidential candidate with John Edward, who perhaps should be called in to channel a few deceased Hollywood leaders and glean advice on how to solve this crisis.)
Also, the WGA continues to make plans for next Tuesday's "Solidarity March for Writers" in Hollywood. After that, the picket lines will be dark from the day before Thanksgiving until the following Monday.
