Edie Wasserman turns 91 on Nov.4, and on the 5th, as is her birthday custom, she celebrates with residents of the Motion Picture and Television Country House and Hospital. This year, a wall will be dedicated on the Wasserman 48-acre facility.

The wall will contain photos of Mary Pickford and Jean Hesholt dedicating the site in 1941, plus a history of those who have made it possible for future generations to continue, including the Wassermans. Arli, an alumnus of Chasen’s, will cater the event for the 200 residents and guests including Anne and Kirk Douglas, Fay and Frank Mancuso, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Lynne Wassermn, Casey and Laura Wasserman, Carol Leif and Jeff Parker and R.J. Wagner.
