‘Today’ producer to Fox

Mazzarelli to helm ayem skein

NEW YORK — Fox’s National Morning Program has poached NBC “Today Show” producer Tom Mazzarelli, tapping him to helm the net’s new national morning news show starting in January.

Mazzarelli starts his executive producer job next week.

The show will be hosted by Fox News’ “DaySide” hosts Mike Jerrick and Juliet Huddy.

Prior to working as senior producer at “Today,” Mazzarelli was a producer for MSNBC and worked on CNN’s “Larry King Live.”

The latest addition to the Fox morning lineup will air in all major markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston and Washington, D.C.

Fox Television and Twentieth Television will produce the show, which has yet to be named. It will originate in New York and feature celebrity and news coverage, as well as general interest material.
