Seven cancels 'Heelers' after 12-year run

SYDNEY — One of Oz’s longest-running dramas, rural cop drama “Blue Heelers,” has been canceled after a 12-year run on the Seven Network.

“Heelers” notched up auds of 2.5 million in its prime, though eyeballs have fallen away in recent times to around 1.2 millon. Show also won 24 Logies, Oz’s TV kudo.
