BBC Worldwide has a new management team after a review in Hong Kong.
Pierre Cheung was appointed senior business development manager. His responsibilities include new-business development and the group’s TV business in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Linfield Ng is senior TV sales manager and will oversee sales across Asia with the exception of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Freda Chan will continue to manage the publishing and licensing businesses as senior publishing and licensing manager.
Helen Wong is senior finance and administration manager, providing business and financial support for sales and operational support staff in Hong Kong.
Returning as BBC World regional director of distribution and business development is Nic van Zwanenberg. He will be responsible for developing the channel across Asia and will be based in Hong Kong.
The team will report to David Vine, managing director, Asia Pacific.
