Blast from the past shoots into the future

CANNES — The History Channel Germany launched a VOD service on Deutsche Telekom’s T-Online Vision platform Tuesday, marking the first such international broadband offering from the outlet.

T-Online subscribers will be able to access The History Channel content, including programs such as “The History of the Berlin Wall,” “The French Revolution,” “The Hindenburg,” “D-Day” and “The Samurai.”
