Agency ups Kagan, Oelman, Schaffer

ICM has added three new agents to its television department, promoting Michael Kagan, Kimberly Oelman and Michael Schaffer.

Bob Levinson, exec VP and head of worldwide television at ICM, said the expansion was necessary to keep up with the widening world of programming outlets.

Kagan and Oelman have been placed in ICM’s alternative programming department, which reps clients such as BBC, Granada and “America’s Next Top Model” producer 10 by 10 Entertainment. Steve Wohl heads up the department.

Schaffer has been assigned to help develop and package made-for-TV movies and miniseries, working with agents Cindy Mintz and Tanya Lopez.

Kagan joined ICM’s agent trainee program in 2003, while Schaffer started in 2002. Oelman joined ICM’s TV packaging department in 2005; before that, she was at William Morris.
