Stars groove to hiphop beat on Namoo’s night

Mary Janes lures Pusan's A-list

Blaring speakers, scantily dressed girls, flowing alcohol and blinding lights highlighted an evening of partying at Mary Jane, one of Pusan’s hippest clubs.

The fiesta hosted by one of Korea’s leading star management companies, Namoo Actors Co. attracted screaming fans and led to a mass of flashing camera phones as the company’s top celebrities such as Kim Ji-su (“Traces of Love”) Kim Tae-hee (TV’s “Love story in Harvard”) and Kim Ju-hyuk (“When Romance Meets Destiny”) filed onto the stage one by one.

And Kim Dong-ho, PIFF’s chairman, took to the stage and gave his speech to a club full of youngsters old enough to be his grandchildren.
