Lau adds glitz to KM fete

Showcase offers clips of upcoming slate

KM Culture showcased its four latest offerings Sunday, unspooling clips from “Herb” (with “Oldboy’s” Kang Hyejeong) and “200 Pounds Beauty” for the overflowing crowd.

Held at Paradise’s Grand Ballroom, event was geared for a Korean audience: no subtitles or translations were provided.

Photographers were given their golden ticket when the man of the festival — Andy Lau — appeared to cheer on Lee Byung-heon who was promoting his melodrama, “Once in a Summer.” Although the event was hosted by Park Su-hong, one of Korea’s top TV hosts, the guest list was limited to a few

producers and some cast members from the films.
