Joseph Hecht, actor and husband of actress Jane Kean died Dec. 28 of a stroke in Malibu, Calif.  He was 85.

Hecht was managing director of the Raquet Club in Miami Beach, FL when he met Kean who was starring as Trixie in “The Honeymooners” on CBS.  Hecht became her manager and appeared with her on stage and on TV. 

He appeared on “Eight is Enough” on TV and in the film “One Hit Wonder.”

He is survived by his wife, Jane, three sons and a grandson.
