Championship charades

LAByrinth Theater Company holds annual benefit

The battle was on at the LAByrinth Theater Company’s fourth annual Celebrity Charades benefit Monday at the Downtown Auditorium.

Robin Williams, LAByrinth co-artistic director Philip Seymour Hoffman and Julianna Margulies were among the star players who strutted through the audience and into the boxing ring for a charades showdown.

Divided into four teams, celebs competed for the championship belt.

Williams’ “Queer as Folk” interpretation was an aud fave, but ultimately it was Hoffman’s team, which included Billy Crudup and Sam Rockwell, that took the top prize.

Benefit raised more than $24,000 for the company’s 15th-anni season hosted by the Public Theater.
