What heinous act did you commit that made your real-life mom scream at you?

“Probably the one time was when I played a joke on somebody and the police came to the door. I was 10 years old. It was nothing serious. It was like toilet papering a house with a bunch of friends. What kid doesn’t toilet paper?”

What would be the best part about having four brothers?

“You get to hang out with them, you get to beat up on them — which is probably the best part for Reese. You get somebody to lay the blame on.”

Is it hard to grow up on television?

“I’ve been on another show before ‘Malcolm in the Middle’ (‘Unhappily Ever After’), so I knew what it was like growing up and going to school while being on TV. It can be difficult at times because you’re never normal. You’re always the kid who stands out but it also has advantages. You get to do so many different things that kids your age would never get to do if they weren’t on a TV show.”
