Angelica Cob-Baehler will head the publicity department of Virgin Records America.

Based primarily in Los Angeles, Cob-Baehler has been appointed senior vice president, publicity, and will head the department’s publicity offices in New York and Los Angeles. She will oversee all campaigns for Virgin Records artists and new releases, including current and upcoming projects by Joss Stone, RBD, 30 Seconds to Mars, Meat Loaf and Stacie Orrico.

Cob-Baehler reports to Lee Trink, Virgin Records’ general manager and chief operating officer.

She began her music industry career in 1993 at Atlantic Records, where she first worked with Virgin Records topper Jason Flom and Trink.
