‘Spamalot’ heads to West End

Python tuner starts perfs on Oct. 2

“Monty Python’s Spamalot” has set its sked for Blighty, beginning performances Oct. 2 at the West End’s Palace Theater.

Cast and opening-night date have yet to be determined. Broadway export takes the place of the London incarnation of “The Woman in White,” which will shutter at the Palace Feb. 25 after an 18-month run.

Stateside, Michael Siberry (“Nicholas Nickleby”) stars as King Arthur in the “Spamalot” national tour, which kicks off March 7 in Boston.
