‘Chorus’ offering $20 tickets

Move could boost the show's draw with young auds

Starting Monday: a $20 ticket to “A Chorus Line.”

On Oct. 16, the Broadway revival will make 20 $20 tickets available for each performance, to be handed out by lottery 2½ hours before each perf.

Move could boost the show’s draw with young auds. During its Off Broadway run, the Rialto-bound “Spring Awakening” helped build buzz among youthful theatergoers by offering a number of cheap seats to every perf, and a similar lottery at “Rent” has helped that show cultivate a core group of fervent young fans.
