NEW YORK — Road grosses were up again in Week 2 (June 5- June 11) as the 11-show slate grew 1.33% to total $11,409,281.

There were strong numbers for all the usual suspects, including the Detroit run of “Wicked” ($1,776,544), which overturned the house record it set last week.

D.C. runs of “Monty Python’s Spamalot” ($1,101,137) and “Wicked” ($1,188,927), as well as “The Phantom of the Opera” ($1,225,118), “Mamma Mia!” ($1,087,215), “Les Miserables” ($1,008,822), and “The Lion King” ($1,081,451), all answered the million-dollar question.
