XDC expands network

Co. now reps 75% of digital screen on continent

Belgian digital cinema services company XDC has raised E12.5 million ($15.7 million) to expand its network of screens of some 230 screens across Europe.

That reps 75% of all digital screens in the continent.

Earlier this week the company added 20 Barco 2k digital projectors to its European rollout. Powe Capital Management LLP joins existing shareholders BIP Investment Partners, Vivium Life Private Equity, Partners at Venture, Audiolux, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage and Meusinvest.

XDC forecasts revenues of $5 million in 2006 and expects to breakeven in 2008.
