BERLIN — Fresh out of insolvency, Senator Ent. has reshuffled its exec board with new owner Helge Sasse now the group’s chief exec.
Sasse, a media attorney, and producer Marco Weber headed the consortium that took over the company last year.
Weber, a Los Angeles-based producer, will oversee production and distribution, while Christopher Borgmann, until now the company topper, is shifting down to chief operating officer.
Company posted revenues last year of Euros 15.4 million ($18.7 million) and a pre-tax loss — due to asset writedowns — of $8.1 million.
Sasse and Weber and their backers purchased Senator from Deutsche Bank last October and currently control 36% of the company.
