‘Perfume’ will open Flanders fest

Tom Twyker’s “Perfume: The Story of a Murderer” will open the 33rd Flanders Film Festival, running Oct. 11-21 in Ghent, Belgium.

Pic will also participate in fest’s music-focused competition.

Twyker co-wrote the score for “Perfume” with Reinhold Heil and Johnny Klimek.

The trio have collaborated under the Pale 3 moniker since Twyker’s 1997 “Winter Sleepers.” They also co-wrote the music for “Run Lola Run.”

The Flanders fest program will be announced Sept. 27.
