Terra Firma Films’ Adam Herz, Greg Lessans and Josh Shader are producing. Pic is being overseen by Par’s Ed Goemans for production co-prexies Brad Weston and Alli Shearmur.

Universal-based Terra Firma is producing an untitled comedy being penned by Herz (“American Pie”) and will mark his directorial debut.
