Helmer Lee Chang-dong, who took time out to be minister of culture, returns to the directing chair with “Secret Sunshine.”
Lee’s fourth feature is ironically described as a romance between a piano instructor and the owner of a car center. It is skedded to shoot in September and will be financed and distributed locally by Cinema Service.
Lee has cast country’s two leading thesps, Song Kang-ho and Jeon Do-yeon.
