Royston Tan’s “4:30″ has been chosen as the first domestic pic to close the Singapore Film Festival, which runs April 13-29.Movie from Zhao Wei Films, producer of Eric Khoo’s “Be With Me,” is internationally distributed by Celluloid Dreams. Singapore helmer Tan’s latest project, “132,” secured coin at last week’s Hong Kong-Asia Film Financing Forum. Zhao Wei also has horror pic “Toyol,” to be helmed by Nonzee Nimibutr, in the pipeline.
