The Motion Picture Assn. of America has filled two top positions in its Los Angeles office.
Lisa M. Pierozzi is the org’s new chief financial officer as well as exec VP of finance and administration; she starts on Feb. 6. New director of domestic antipiracy ops Michael Robinson began work last week.
Robinson will report to exec VP for worldwide antipiracy operations John G. Malcolm and Pierozzi to MPAA prexy-chief operating officer Robert Pisano.
Pierozzi and Robinson “will be a great asset to the MPAA in achieving our core mission of advocating for the motion picture industry,” chairman-CEO Dan Glickman said in a statement.
Pierozzi worked for four years in finance and business opportunity analysis for Universal’s parks and resorts group. Prior to that, she spent almost two decades with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A career law enforcement officer, Robinson worked for the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, serving as federal security director at New Orleans Intl. Airport.
