Biddle joins Rogue band

Summit vet joins U unit

Former Summit Entertainment vet Adrienne Biddle has joined Universal genre arm Rogue Pictures as senior VP of production.

Exec will be based on the U lot and report directly to Rogue production prexy Andrew Rona.

Biddle spent three years at Summit, where she was VP of production and acquisitions. She also co-produced the upcoming “Lies & Alibis,” starring Steve Coogan and Rebecca Romijn.

Exec previously worked for nearly four years at Jersey Films, developing projects such as “Erin Brockovich” and “How High.”

Biddle said she’s looking to make pics at Rogue that are “both commercial and filmmaker-driven.”

Rogue slate includes upcoming pics from Michel Gondry (“Dave Chappelle’s Block Party”), Vondie Curtis-Hall (“Waist Deep”) and Alex Aja (“The Waiting”).

Unit is topped by Focus co-head David Linde.
