Shochiku has launched a Web site for streaming pics, featuring everything from recent Hollywood hits to classics from company’s library.

Since its launch Monday, the Cinelier site has been offering visitors Webcasts of 11 selections, including Yasujiro Ozu’s 1959 family drama “Ohayo,” Masaki Kobayashi’s 1962 samurai swashbuckler “Harakiri” and Baek Woon-Hak’s 2003 subway thriller “Tube.”

Viewers pay $3.11 to view a pic for seven days via one of three Webstreaming host sites. Shochiku plans to refresh the site monthly.
