Tartan USA has acquired U.S. rights to Denis Dercourt’s “The Page Turner,” which premiered in the Un Certain Regard sidebar.
The Gallic psychological thriller is being sold internationally by Films Distribution.
It has also taken U.S., Canadian and U.K. rights to Martin Garrido’s grisly drama “H6: Diary of a Serial Killer,” which is produced by Spain’s KanZaman and sold by KWA.
Separately, Tartan’s U.K. video arm has picked up rights to restore and release seven movies by late Italian auteur Pier Paolo Pasolini.
The library includes “The Gospel According to St. Matthew,” “Accatone,” “Rogopag,” “Comizi d’Amore,” “Oedipus Rex,” “Hawks and Sparrows” and “Pigsty.”
