SEOUL — Mark Shaw is ankling CJ Entertainment after five years in high-profile jobs with the Korean giant.
Shaw, currently exec VP, chief financial offices and head of international, is quitting for a job in the U.S. financial sector and will relocate from Seoul to New York.
West Point-educated Shaw was key in the development of CJ, which expanded from an investor in DreamWorks to become a vertically and horizontally integrated major.
A replacement has not been announced, but in the short term, Shaw’s responsibilities will be shared by Mike Hyun-Dong Suh, senior VP and head of international strategy, and Sang Cho, VP of international strategy.
