QVC, HSN fight for 'Christmas' phrase

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?

The rivalry between QVC and HSN is getting heated, as the two shopping nets duke it out for control of the phrase “Christmas in July.”

Dispute will be settled, not by Santa Claus, but in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia.
