BERLIN — CBS’ “Numbers,” ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” and NBC’s “Medical Investigation” are among the series premiering this fall on Haim Saban’s Teutonic web ProSieben.
It also will air features “Catch Me If You Can,” “Gangs of New York” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.”
Although ProSieben has long concentrated on U.S. series and films, topper Dejan Jocic said Wednesday at a presentation of the web’s upcoming highlights that it would make more inhouse TV movies.
The web also is bringing back its popular teen comedy series “18 — Allein unter Maedchen,” which will air daily in primetime.
Nevertheless, Jocic said U.S. fiction remained at the heart of ProSieben’s lineup. This year the network has enjoyed major success with “Desperate Housewives” and “Lost.”
