‘Raiders’ raid Dior for a good cause

Stars sport latest trends at premiere for charity

HONG KONG — Guests at Media Asia’s “Seoul Raiders” preem Feb. 2 were privy to more than the standard routine. Event doubled as a Christian Dior fashion show, with proceeds ($25,000) going to Hong Kong’s End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation.

Pairing the film — an action comedy sequel to “Tokyo Raiders” — with fashion was an organic idea; Dior’s spring/summer collection boasts a bevy of gumshoe gear.

With the help of a Sotheby’s auctioneer, garments worn by stars Tony Leung Chiu-wai, Richie Ren and Shu Qi were auctioned after the fashion show.
