Former Warner Bros. exec Robert Schneider has joined entertainment marketing firm Davie-Brown as executive VP.
Schneider will oversee several of the company’s major accounts, reporting directly to Davie-Brown Entertainment prexy Tom Meyer, who made the announcement Friday.
“He will work very closely with (exec VP) Lori Kotarski Nelson to expand our outreach, continue to manage our client base and explore new meaningful short- and long-term multitiered marketing platforms,” Meyer said.
Exec, who’ll be based in Los Angeles, previously spent 10 years at Warner Bros., most recently as senior VP of corporate worldwide promotions.
While at WB, Schneider worked with companies such as Frito-Lay. He also handled cross-divisional promotion programs at several Time Warner divisions, including homevideo, consumer productions, theatrical and the WB.
Schneider joined Warner Bros. from Chicago-based Frankel & Co., where he was senior VP and handled the agency’s McDonald’s account.
Davie-Brown, which is marking its 20th anniversary, has recently worked with Pepsi and Frito-Lay on “Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith”; SBC on “The Incredibles”; and Reebok on “The Simpsons.”
