Australian production company Southern Star Group shuffled its execs Monday in the wake of founder Neil Balnaves’ retirement in September.

Kim Anderson will head Southern Star Entertainment. Anderson was previously chief operating officer of the production company and has worked for the Nine Network.

Kris Noble will become Endemol Southern Star topper after serving as director of programs. Noble oversaw the recent successful fifth outing of “Big Brother” and the local version of Blighty cooking skein “Ready Steady Cook.”

Both these posts were held by Hugh Marks, who became Southern Star Group topper after Balnaves retired.

Rory Callaghan will take over Noble’s post as director of programs at Endemol Southern Star. Callaghan was topper of Granada Prods., which produces Seven Network smash “Dancing With the Stars.”
