Veep returns to agency after long break
Praisery Bragman Nyman Cafarelli has put Tammy Golihew in charge of its TV, home entertainment and corporate entertainment divisions.
Returning to the agency after a 2½ year absence, Golihew will be VP entertainment. She most recently was director of media relations at Sony Pictures Television.
Praisery’s corporate and entertainment clients include Cameron Diaz, Jessica Simpson, Jimmy Kimmel, Whoopi Goldberg, ESPN, Endemol USA, Sony Computer Entertainment America, General Motors, Vanity Fair and InStyle.
BNC prexy Chris Ronichaud praised Golihew’s “solid understanding of both brand marketing as well as publicity.”
During her last stint at the praisery, from 2000-02, Golihew worked on campaigns for skeins including “Just Shoot Me,” “The Best Damn Sports Show,” “Blind Date” and “American Dreams.”
At Sony, she was involved in campaigns for Stephen King’s “Kingdom Hospital,” “The Young and the Restless” and VH1’s “In Search of the Partridge Family,” as well as several of the studio’s syndie properties.
