The Washington, D.C., production unit of Australia’s Beyond Intl. has signed contracts to produce $20.8 million of nonfiction programming for U.S. broadcasters this year.
Beyond said Tuesday that it is broadening the base of its Stateside customers and it expects biz to grow strongly next year.
The firm reported in November it had contracts to make about $16.8 million in nonfiction programming in the fiscal year ending June 30. It’s since increased that projected volume by 50% to $24.8 million.
