Ahead of Madonna’s new album, “Confessions on a Dancefloor,” MTV Networks will be previewing tunes and musicvideos, releasing ringtones and airing original programming, including interviews and a docu on her career.
On Monday, the Material Girl will perform her new single, “Hung Up,” on MTV’s “Total Request Live.”
A few days later, docu “I’m Going to Tell You a Secret” will debut on MTV, then air on VH1 and Logo the following week. A 10-minute preview is available on-demand at Vspot, VH1’s broadband entertainment service.
Also preeming in late October is Madonna’s musicvid for “Hung Up,” which will air first on VH1, with same-day appearances skedded for MTV’s “TRL,” Logo, MTV Hits and VH1 Classic. After the preem, “Hung Up” will be available on-demand on broadband outlets MTV Overdrive and Vspot for two days.
The final push will be a Nov. 8 preview of the entire album on MTV.com, VH1.com and Logo.com.
