Rudin gets ‘Goat’

Scott Rudin will produce and Emile Hirsch will star in John Wells Prods. and Killer Films’ adaptation of “Goat,” Brad Land’s memoir of fraternity hazing, which is aiming for a fall start date. Initially published by Random House and excerpted in GQ magazine, “Goat” chronicles Land’s experience as a psychologically shattered 19-year-old struggling to bounce back from a brutal attack. Hirsch can currently be seen in “Lords of Dogtown.” Green directed “Undertow.”
