‘Wife’ finds home on West End

Wright's play to open at Duke of York's Theater

DUBLIN — Lead producer David Richenthal confirmed that he has found a West End theater for Doug Wright’s award-winning play “I Am My Own Wife.” In Moises Kaufman’s original staging starring Jefferson Mays, it will open Nov. 10 at London’s Duke of York’s Theater for a 14-week run.

The production is currently playing at the Gaiety Theater as part of the Dublin Theater Festival.

“Wife” will follow Ray Cooney’s farce “Tom, Dick and Harry” into the Duke of York’s Theater.
