Charles, Letts move into ‘Room’

Thesps topline Greenberg preem

Josh Charles (“Four Brothers,” “Sports Night”) and Tracy Letts, the thesp-scribe who wrote “Bug,” topline the world preem of Richard Greenberg’s “The Well-Appointed Room” at Chi’s Steppenwolf.

Actor-director Terry Kinney helms the production, which also stars Amy Morton and Kate Arrington.

The show’s chronology-jumping conceit has two couples sorting out their relationships in the same room, but at different times. Production opens Jan. 22 and runs through March 12.
