Baldwin joins ‘Pacific’ cast

Perfs start June 9 at Carnegie Hall

Alec Baldwin has been cast as Luther Billis in the concert version of the Rogers & Hammerstein musical “South Pacific” to be performed June 9 at Carnegie Hall.

Casting is complete for the concert, which also added Alexio Barboza (as Jerome), Alex de Castro (Ngana) and Renita Croney (Liat).

Thesps join the previously announced Reba McEntire (playing Nellie Forbush), Brian Stokes Mitchell (Emile de Becque) and Lillias White (Bloody Mary).

Walter Bobbie directs; David Ives adapted the script.
