DreamWorks has paid close to seven figures for the comedy pitch “Opposite Day” by Nicholas Stoller. Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald will produce.
Pic is about a man who learns to appreciate his life when everything in it is suddenly the opposite of what it normally is.
Mark Sourian is overseeing the pic at DreamWorks.
Stoller wrote the remake of “Fun With Dick and Jane” with Judd Apatow, and rewrote “Scared Guys,” both for Sony.
Parkes and MacDonald, former heads of DreamWorks Pictures, are producers on the current DreamWorks horror pic “The Ring Two.”
