McCarthy, Electra get 'Dirty'

NEW YORK — Foreign sales banner Wild Bunch has picked up overseas rights to director John Asher’s “Dirty Love,” starring Jenny McCarthy, Eddie Kaye Thomas and Carmen Electra.

McCarthy penned the pic and also stars as a jilted photographer who gets even with her model boyfriend after she catches him cheating.

Pic was a recent Sundance entry.

Wild Bunch will screen the film for buyers in Cannes.

“We are very excited to have the opportunity in working once again with Wild Bunch,” said William Morris Independent co-head Cassian Elwes, who repped the film in the sale. “Their creative and innovative vision makes them one of the most respected companies worldwide.”

Pic was produced by Trent Walford, McCarthy and Asher.

Scott Saldana and Jim Cantelupe exec produced.

Pic is still seeking domestic distribution.
