Bull’s Eye targets Keith for studio pix

Exec will focus on expanding reach to film studios

Yari Film Group’s Bull’s Eye Entertainment has hired former DreamWorks exec Leah Keith as senior veepee of development and production.

In the newly created post, Keith will focus on broadening the company’s reach into studio films. Bull’s Eye has a production deal at Paramount Pictures.

Keith spent four years at DreamWorks, where she oversaw production of “Biker Boyz” and development of the Off Broadway adaptation “Kimberly Akimbo.”

As VP of production at Walt Disney Television, she helped relaunch “The Wonderful World of Disney” for ABC and supervised 10 films, including “Ruby Bridges” and “Selma, Lord, Selma.”

Keith began her entertainment career in 1993 as a creative executive at Walt Disney Pictures, helping supervise the development and production of “Tom and Huck.”
