LONDON — Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner’s Working Title Films has reshuffled its London creative team, with Natascha Wharton taking over from Debra Hayward as head of the development department.
Wharton will retain her existing responsibility as head of the low-budget arm WT2.
After 16 years at the company, Hayward will segue into an exclusive deal with WT as exec producer on selected projects.
“This restructuring is a fantastic arrangement for me because it means I can continue to work with Tim and Eric exclusively on films and also be able to spend more time with my family,” Hayward said.
U.S. production prexy Liza Chasin will continue to oversee the Los Angeles office.
WT is in pre-production on Phillip Noyce’s South African thriller “Hot Stuff,” and has “Pride and Prejudice” and “Nanny McPhee” scheduled for release this fall.
