Woody wants $7 mil for rights

U.K. banner HanWay handling 'Match Point'

Woody Allen’s “Match Point” had multiple buyers sniffing here after the film preemed Thursday, but whether any will match the whopping $7 million for domestic U.S. rights that the funnyman auteur and producer Letty Aronson are bent on getting is unclear.

U.K. banner HanWay is handling both “Match Point” and Allen’s next pic, known only as “WASP 2005” (Woody Allen Summer Project). Like “Match Point,” it will shoot in Britain and star Allen and Scarlett Johansson.
